Design & Detailing

The Victorian Decorative plaster ceiling rose 530mm is a medium sized ornamental ceiling feature characterised by a sculpted floral centre framed by a restrained circular outer band. The central motif incorporates layered botanical detailing that forms a symmetrical floral composition, introducing texture and depth to the centre of the ceiling. The surrounding perimeter remains largely plain, allowing the central ornament to provide the primary visual focus.

As a traditional plaster ceiling rose, the design combines decorative botanical detail with a controlled circular structure. This approach creates a balanced ceiling centrepiece where the floral motif draws the eye inward while the outer ring maintains a clear architectural boundary within the ceiling surface.

Victorian Influence

Craftsmanship & Material

Each Victorian Decorative plaster ceiling rose 530mm is produced in fibrous plaster at our workshop in Norfolk using traditional casting techniques followed by careful hand finishing. This ensures the floral centre remains crisp and clearly defined across the moulding.
