Refund and Returns
All our our plaster mouldings are made to order and therefore are classed as bespoke goods. For this reason, we can not offer refunds for any mouldings once we have begun the manufacture process. Where a refund is issued due to you changing your mind, we will refund you the full amount paid minus any card processing fees that we occur as a result.
