• What is your lead time?

    Our lead time is usually between 10 and 15 working days from the date your order is placed. This can vary depending on what products you choose and the size of the order.

  • How should I fit my order?

    Due to the delicate nature of plaster based products, if you have little to no experience in fitting, then it is strongly recommended that you use an experienced fitter to install your coving, cornice or other decorative plaster products.

  • How much cornice or cove should I order?

    Begin by measuring the perimeter of the room, add on 10% to account for trimming and then round up to the nearest meter.

    For example, if a room perimeter is 10 meters by 6 meters. That’s a perimeter of 32 meters. Add 10% (3.2 meters) which is a total of 35.2 meters round this up to 36 meters for the minimum order amount.

    Please consider this as an approximate guide as the number of cuts and mitres in your room may mean you need more than 10%. Also, consider needing to order more if the cornice has a repeating pattern.

    Always check with your installer as they will be able to tell you the correct amount to order.

  • Do you make pre-mitred corners for your cornice?

    We do not make pre-mitred corners for our cornice.

    The reason for this is that often find that corners are rarely a perfect 90 degrees. We, therefore, provide straight lengths to be cut and mitred by a skilled fitter to suit the room.

    You need to take this into account when ordering your cornice and add at least 10% to the room dimensions to account for the mitres needed.

  • Can I collect my order?

    You may collect your order yourself from our workshop. Due to the size and brittle nature of some products we highly recommended that you use a suitable vehicle for transportation. Our collection address is:
